February 2014: engaged by the Bihar Mahadalit Vikash Mission (BMVM), Govt. of Bihar, for skill development of Mahadalit and Anushuchit Jati candidates across all 38 districts of Bihar in the trades of Household wiring, Stitching and tailoring, and DTP training.
